Introduction

Elync has been created by parents to allow schools and other child-focused organisations to communicate events, announcements and questionnaires directly to the parents of their members. The communication is sent through a secure, password protected web site, and parents can respond to messages and make payments for events and other services. The service will reduce the organisations costs through automating much of the administration that the current paper-based systems of communicating require. The service includes reminder support via text to parent’s mobile phones and provides schools and clubs with the ability to communicate rapidly and securely with parents who are registered with Elync.
